error 133 while creating an account at playsega

I've been trying to create an account for my brother at playsega (to play psu), but I'm always getting this error:
We're sorry - an error has occurred
133: Internal Resource Exception - please try again

I get the error going from page 2 to page 3, after entering username, password, name, etc

Anyone know if there's anything I can do?

The best thing to do is to contact SEGA directly.

I'm getting this error too... The Sega support site doesn't help at all.
