Allright, i seem to be having more slowdown issues than normal.
This is on a good ol' Windows Vista
My RAM is 2046 MB
CPU is T7200 @ 2.00 GHz
Adapter is ATI Mobility Radian X1400 (0x7145)
Total memory is 891 MB.

PSU is currently running at
640 x 480, 32 bit
2 frameskip,Detail is at the middle.
Clipping is at Far for everything,
Textures,Anisotropic filtire is on, MIPMAP is on, Motion calculation is at hardware, post effects on...
Probably added more stuff then i needed, but i really wanna fix the slowdown. Everyone runs at least 3 times faster than me, in missions and lobbies. Everyonce in awhile having weapon slowdown.

anyone know what i should do to fix this?

All drivers have been updated correct?

You know what's funny - while I would expect some massive slowdown from PSU on my PC, it actually runs far faster than PSO:Blue Burst. Both PSU and PSO are set to medium/low graphics settings.

All I can think to say is... lol, Sega.

Set Post Effects to off. You'll lose your glowing weapons, but the game will run faster.

Hmm i'll try that

EDIT: Tried that worked,...but i need my glowing weapon. The game just doesnt look as pretty with it.
Any other suggestions?

The main thing I can say is that PSU was not built for Vista. PSU PC was built mainly on the Windows XP.

Have you been running PSU on Vista for a while now? Maybe you can try the performance tweak:

Oh man, I've tried about everything under the sun trying to get my glowing weapons back, even that fruity autogear program. Still no luck http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif
