I think I got shower water in my veins

I just got out the shower and theres this one spot on my hand that feels really cold.
Coincidentally, there is also a cut in that same spot.
So the question I'm asking is; Should I be afraid of my hand mutating into some sort of being that acts separate from the rest of my body?
