Go offline and open the present there, and if it is the wrong mag cell, you can just turn off your gamecube without losing anything, and turn it back on and try again.
Make sure you are doing this OFFLINE, where it wont hurt you.
YOu can open it as many times as you want, getting the random cell you want.
Go to pso world homepage then to Guides, and look at the mag xmas present mag cell available cells, and the reequirements for each in the other mag guide.
