Burger mag problems [Archive]

I have two mags which both meet the required stats listed to create a burger mag, but the burger kit does not want to merge with either of them.

Level 50 Ribhava
6 def, 13 pow, 31 dex, 0 mind

Level 200 guaruda
Def is less then 45, pow is 90, dex is 100, mind is 0. Sync and IQ maxed.

Is there something Iam missing?

The level 50 was raised by a Fo, sect ID redria.
Level 200 is a Pinkal HUcaseal.

Hmmm... I don't know. They do both meet the requirements. I'd like to know as well because I want a burger mag and I have mags with similar stats.

Dex>pow>mind, mag must be less then 45 dfp. Yep, each mag meets those requirements as stated in the mag cell combination section of PSOW.
