Heart of Chao question

Ok. I just traded for a heart of chao and I really want to change my mag. According to this site, all my mag has to have are stats less than 35? I figure, this means I can use it on any old baby mag... right/ I'm sure there's something obvious I'm missing, so if someone could point that out I'd be VERY grateful.

just make sure its not a secret mag already (its name will appear in yellow) this includes the new gc rare mags

wait did you say less than 35? all the stats must be above 35
