different game makers. Infinity ward is now controlling the calls instead of tyrachy(sp). If you loved COD2, you'll most likely love COD4, I'd reccomend atleast checking out some of the videos.

PC Gamers know that Call of Duty: United Offense was the best Call of Duty ever made. Call of Duty 2 was serviceable (but missing about half of the features that made the UO expansion good). There's much talk from editors in the gaming industry that CoD4 looks folds better than Halo 3. Even Halo 3 head-doods have said they kept to the Halo art-style rather than going full-bore to make Halo 3 as beautiful as possible so it would maintain the 'feel' of the Halo series.

I wasn't really all that ensued with CoD4 when I first heard about it, and I haven't sat down to check out the vids and all that yet; but what I've been hearing is really positive. Maybe later today I'll give it a proper look, but my interest has been piqued from what I've been hearing.

I'm really glad that they're doing something with this game, other than making it into "generic WW2 FPS #847."

I'll try the beta if I can. Much like other #4 games coming out soon... Maybe this one actually won't suck.
