Okay, so several sources on the intarweb have reported what appears to be a list of Sega's showings at this year's TGS, such as RuliWeb (http://ruliweb2.empas.com/ruliboard/read.htm?num=22132&table=game_xbox02&main=xbox).

Though just a rumor as far as we know, there are some things that would take Sega out of the "C-list 3rd party publisher" stigma they've begotten themselves recently.

Alien Syndrome (Wii,PSP)
After Burner: Black Falcon (PSP)
Beijing 2008: the Official Videogame of the Olympic Games (PS2,Xbox360,PS3,Wii,PSP,NDS,PC)
ChuChu Rocket! (Xbox Live Arcade,PC)
Crazy Taxi: Fare Wars (PSP)
Fighters Megamix 2 (Xbox360,PS3)
Ghost Squad (Wii)
Happy Tree Friends False Alarm (Xbox Live Arcade,PC)
Jet Set Radio Next (Xbox360,PS3)
Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games (Wii,NDS)
Medieval II: Total War KingdomsVisit (PC)
Nights: Journey of Dreams (Wii)
Phantasy Star Universe: Ambition of the Illuminus (PS2,Xbox360,PC)
Samba De Amigo Fever (PSP)
Sega Classics Collection 2 (PS2,PSP)
Sega Rally Revo (Xbox360,PS3,PSP,PC)
Sega Superstar 2 (Wii)
Shenmue 3 (Xbox360)
Shenmue I & II Plus (Xbox360)
Skies of Arcadia 2 (Wii)
Sonic Rivals 2 (PSP)
Sonic Rush Adventure (NDS)
Sonic the RPG (Xbox360,PS3)
Space Channel 5 Part3 (Xbox360,PS3)
Space Channel 5 Showtime (Wii,NDS,PSP)
The Club (Xbox360,PS3,PC)
The Golden Compass (PS2,PC,NDS,Xbox360,PSP,PS3,Wii)
The House of the Dead 4 (Xbox360,PS3)
Universe at War: Earth Assault (Xbox360,PC)
Virtua Fighter 5 (Xbox360,PS3)
Virtua Fighter Kids 2 (Wii)
Worldwide Soccer Manager Live (Xbox360,PC)
Yakuza 3 (PS3)

Now, some of these certainly make my "I freaking wish" list, and I really do hope some of them hold true... But it's just rumor, thus far.

Skies Of Arcadia is my favourite RPG of all time. I'd be over the moon if a sequel came along.

Let's just hope that the tagging part of it isn't as easy as it was in Jet Set Radio Future <_<

It was really fun in Jet Grind Radio, having to do all those motions @_@

I preferred JSRF, though both games are among the greatest things Sega has ever made.

The faster pace, larger environments, and the fact that you had to pull off some pretty crazy stunts to get to some of the places to tag (or get graffiti souls), made the game much more enjoyable for me.

Though, to be honest, I was kinda hoping for another one on the Wii, with the JGR tagging. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

A Wii JGR WOULD be awesome but...

...now I know getting the PS3 wasn't a waste [for not me] <3 So it's on 360, eat me.

Skies of Arcadia 2 (Wii)

Game. Set. Match.

If I hadn't already resigned myself to buying a Wii - this game would have been the deal breaker. I would hope to god that it comes out of the 360 though - simply because I want to see that beautiful little 1,000 gamerpoints next to an icon which will stay at the top of my games list for a long time to come.

Shenmue 3 (Xbox360)

FUCK YES.

1 question though - will Yu Suzuki be involved in the project? He better be.

Shenmue I & II Plus (Xbox360)

Interesting - but I'm just as happy playing them on my Dreamcast. Unless they happen to add some bonuses like the Nozomi's marketplace which is no longer accessible on the DC. Improved graphics would also be nice. It was a damned fine enough looking game as it was - and bumping up the polygon count and texture/effects a bit would be jawdropping.

Virtua Fighter 5 (Xbox360,PS3)

VF5 was one of the reasons I had for wanting to buy a PS3. Good for me (I save $450 in the short term).

Nights: Journey of Dreams (Wii)

Wasn't a big fan of Nights on the Saturn - but if this turns out good, I have a feeling the Wii-mote will be just what I needed to get into the series.

Virtua Fighter 5 is coming out on 360 in October, and a Sonic RPG was announced for the DS (developed by Bioware of all people). Skies 2 and JSR Next would make me a very happy gamer, but I don't see Sega bothering to resurrect franchises which weren't commercial successes. In other words, I'll believe it when I see it.

how is that at all suspicious? they remade the first one for the gcn, and sega and nintendo are pretty chummy as of late. Not to mention Sega doesn't have a system of their own and the wii is doing better than the ps3 in japan, anyway

wii wouldnt exactly be my system of choice for for an rpg. but anyways it saddens me how few people actuallly know what fighters megamix is -_-.....

it's like sega's version of smash bros except it uses the virtua fighter/fighting vipers engine. in the saturn original you could even unlock a car from datona usa(sp?)

Fighters Megamix wasn't really like a "Sega version of SSB". It was more like a Sega version of Capcom vs. SNK - except that both fighting franchises (VF & FV) come from the same company. There are a few hidden characters from other series, but those are more Easter Eggish - including a few characters from the unreleased "Sonic The Fighters".

If Sega really did make a SSB type game - I would be all over that. Akira, Sarah, Sonic, Alex Kidd, Nei/Rika, Ryo Hazuki, NiGHTS, Vyse, etc. That would be pimp - but not quite as pimp as a Nintendo x Sega fighting game with both companies franchise characters slugging it out. Although one wrench in the gears is that Sega has a few dedicated fighting game characters that would have to be nerfed highly due to the more simplistic gameplay. Nintendo's only comparable fighting series (I think) is Killer Instinct - which I think Rare took with them.

Well Killer instinct was created by Rare, and was in arcades before being on nintendo, so I wouldn't put it past Microsoft to push at Rare for a Killer Instinct... Hopefully after Banjo and Kazooie

You can't transfer saves from Dreamcast to Xbox.

You can't transfer saves from Xbox to Xbox 360.

...So no. :/

Skies of Arcadia would be nice, no doubt about that. But Im more than a little skeptical of it.

JSRF 2 would be welcome, and anything new about NiGHTS is always good in my book.

Shenmue was good, but Im actually more interested in Space Channel 5 than that. A dancing game that could also mesh in rail-shooter gameplay? Genius for the Wii!

Modern Sega aren't any where near reliable enough to release that many great games at once, Crazy taxi sequel thing looks awesome though.

Do not believe that Sega TGS rumor it was written as some Chinese guy's wishlist.

Shenmue that shit tanked for all it's costs. You will not see that crap on that list maybe a few but none of those Earth shakers.

KI being on arcade doesn't really mean anything because it still ran on Nintendo's Ultra64 arcade engine.

What I've heard is Rare owns the rights to the game but Nintendo owns the rights to the characters. No idea if it's true...I just wanna see KI on XBLA or a KI3 in the works.
