Did anyone just get disconnected from PSU?

I just got an instant disconnection from Xbox Live, followed by "An update is available for this game" and then I installed the update, now after the Xbox restarted, it went to the dashboard. The game is still in the tray, but the dashboard thing says "open tray"...

What the hell...?
