Great Leveling Spots Guide

Alright. We've all been there. "I don't know where to level!" or "I can't seem to gain type levels!" and such. Even now, I see questions like that floating around this board. So, let's help these people out, right? All you have to do is post locations that are great for leveling, great for cash, and great for MP, and such. If we could gather rough EXP estimates and such, it'd be helpful.

Lab Recovery S2 for Meseta, of course. It has some of the lowest enemies (if not THE lowest) for S2, and can be done in as little as 15 minutes without requiring a well-trained group.

For Rangers with Killer Shot, nothing is better EXP than Grove of Fanatics S2 or Desert Goliath S2.

This guide is designed to be a resource for anyone trying to level their character. Currently the guide is imcomplete, so i hope anyone who benefit's from this guide can also contribute back to it to help it become more up to date, and fill in the gaps for good missions to level which may have been over looked.

The rewards for each mission are listed as not only exp factors into leveling. Cash is a valuable resource and until Her Secret Mission, so was MP. The exp values listed are not exact, but to give you an idea of aout how much experience you'll get from running through the mission once.

For new players that may not know the term, "Hot Spots," are missions with large rewards, or alluring rare drops which causes a portion of the population to gather there. Hot Spots are great for finding parties and making new friends. The current hot spot lobbies are listed with the specific mission listed with a '-' underneith it. Ask for directions for either of the two in game if you need help finding it.

I sure need some help as I am level 50 at the moment Newman FT10 and I usualy play solo or with one friend and we find it soooo hard to get to level 65!!! Its just taking forever.

Is there any good mission for leveling just 2 people???

Plains Overlord S is pretty easy to solo, Holy Grounds S isn't too bad until block 4, Valley of Carnage and Mine Defense S are good for exp.

If you are in a group Holy Grounds S is definitely not 17k xp lol, maybe 14. Helpful nonetheless. After 60 DA S2 is a no brainer. level 100 monsters? That's 40 higher than you, definitely good exp.

Added Price of Research S to the list and changed the layout to level requirement.

Anyone have any suggestions for what the levels we should cover? Right now it only covers mid to high character levels, we could add the best leveling spots for every level requirement. Also contributing exp values could be a big help.

And as for time, it really depends on each individual player on how long it takes. i was thinking of putting on a tag on each mission of either hunter, ranger, or force, as a discription of what areas will be more friendly towards a certain class to give an idea of where to solo.

There needs to be a Towards the Future for this game. I was hesitant to start a Fomarl but I got to level 100 so fast in Blue Burst I was hooked. Some S2 missions like Demons Above and Moonlight Beast take over 40 minutes to do in my experiences and as a Fortegunner I only get like 14,000 experience points http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

Yeah, it would be pretty cool to have multiple bossfights in a row, but the only rule would be no scape dolls, just to make it fair. There has to be some sort of penalty for getting massive experience. Actually, come to think of it, in my case using killer shot to kill robots at the Grove of Fanatics S2 or Train Rescue S2, I get experience much quicker than killing the De Ragan Lv106. The result might be different if I used a grenade launcher so that I can kill the De Ragan quicker.

The ideal place to level at 70 is The Dual Sentinal. There might still be a few people hanging around there since it's the new mission this month. S2 has level 70 requiresments and there's tons of high exp giving enemies. Grab a few friends and try heading there.

I'm off playing PSU until famitsu or AoI, so I won't be soloing to fill in the rest of the exp values for the missions. If anyone runs the missions, post them here and Satatami or I will update the guide.

And we have everything except the fight for the relics mission from the waterfall so I don't think it needs to be updated for new missions.

Well the best place to lvl up, are the hot spot 1, before it use to be Crimson Beast on that place all the do is hunt Bico, so I do Cost of Research can be found on hot Spring lobby.I kinda like it better than CB

Oh...admit it, it's not just new players. Vets can gain all of the mp they need throgh HSM C. You get 4 people at lvl 50+ and that mission can be completed with 5+ minutes to spare. I have, however, been in a party like that where a player actually died (twice...same guy). The first time, he was wearing 50% fire armor and got trapped in the Kamatoze's Dambarta. The second time, he decided to use the dark mechgun PA on the kagajibari (I think that's how it's spelled) and got megided (a new word...you like it).

Holy Ground S and Duel Sentinel S Give about 14-15k EXP each or around about

Ok started askin around the other day for help grinding solo at level 30

Thus far As a Fighgunner beast I've found that the duel sentinel run on c is doable and pretty good rewards jarbas and svalti aside it's an easy romp worth the effort.

HOWEVER

The new duel in the ruins map on C has the best overall ease to handle. Everything is lightning based so earth based attacks are prime. there are the golmoros but they seemed few and far between and the miniboss is light based.

So with the ragnus exp the boss and only 2 blocks to do it in getting an S REQUIRES a 2nd team member but thats not usually too hard but even so A rank yields 30 MP and 3k meseta and thats just the C run at A and up with a second teammate you can get jaggos that drop bullet saves possibly.

So hope this helps some of ya out workin yer level 30's up there.

Yeah, Duel in the Ruins C is pretty solo-able if you aren't concerned about MP (you can get that at Her Secret Mission, after all). Getting to Foran Waterfall might be difficult for lowbies, though. Still, there's always C parties there.

I gain around 25,000exp per run on GoF S2 with my Killer-shot wielding fortegunner on a small team of 4 (my friend, myself, and two NPCs). I was gaining around 20k at Lv65, and now gain almost 30k at Lv72 (I recieved approx. 27814 EXP my last run).

Forgot to mention, this run only takes us about 40 minutes to complete. It's getting faster as Idy-chan (my fighgunner meat shield ;D) levels up dus daggas. Considerably faster. I don't doubt we'll be able to do it in roughly 30 minutes in the future.

For my Fortegunner I love those GoF runs.

But for my Fortetecher, I really like Sleeping Warriors. Easy to burn though the mobs with the Gi techs and diga removes the other large opponents quickly.

I agree with Moomoopenguin Military Subway C or B( for higher Lv`s) For MP:).....1 thing is every one forgetting the mission that`s around the corner from that 1 at the GRM shop Innocent Girl? It gives 24-28K in Exp, 20-60K + 2500 in Measta, and 50 MP for C (good in Lving up to 50). B rank gives 32-40K in Exp, 30-80K +5000 in Measta, and 100 MP( good for Levels 50-80) now A rank has a Level requirement at 100 so going from 80 to 100 is a pain on B rank but is worth it. A rank has a 40-80+K in Exp( before Nerf, after it`s 26-32K lol sad so do it before it happens), 60-140K +10K in Measta, and 200 MP( good for player`s 100-180max + GAS before nerf) but most MP do Subway. Oh and IG can be done under 15 mins with 1 person:)

Yeah I just do military subway to get the hunter, ranger, and forces classes up to ten. For the first, say, 7 levels I really try and do the story missions, simply for the fact they give good exp for low levels and partner cards which make it easier to level alone ^^
