mag problem

i am trying to get a 7/155/38/0 mag for my RAmar but this means that i will never be able to get a special mag becuase it never competes the equation. and it will end up as a madhu at 200 which i hate. i asked someone if i gave it a star atomizer at 200 wuld it change to a special mag?? they said no are they rite? help is apreciated

special mags happen only @ the 100 lvl mark in their life if u meet the proper requirements. hope it helps.

special mags evolve at level 100, 110,120 etc. If you want a rare mag like that you should find a way to satisfy the equation at some stage or use a mag cell.
