I've been helping a Viridia friend look for one doing Ult Ice Spinner. No luck yet, but the only place I've even heard a rumor of it, is from Melqueeks in Viridia. Hope that helps some.

Melqueeks? Damn, thats going to be a hard weapon to find. Melqueeks barely appear in caves. Although I don't recall how many appear in ice spinner.
