how come no one submits pictures of S ranks that dont have any pics for them in the database until they come out?
I can get plenty of pics of most of the S ranks and im sure u guys could to, are we not allowed to post pics until it comes out or something? or do the pics have to be taken by us?

The only way to get pictures of unreleased S-Ranks is to hack or go on the Japanese version. We do have a couple of people that submit Japanese S-Rank pictures, but not many.

You're allowed to submit pictures of unreleased items. However, pictures that contain blatant demonstrations of cheating (example: Magashi using a grenade launcher) probably won't be added.
