Are there some treasure rooms on multi player that require 4 people?

indeed. offline is just like your online except... splitscreen

You know those rooms where you have to step on buttons to open them? In offline multiplayer you have to have more than one person step on them and then stay on the button. When you're all on buttons then the door will open, provided that one of them isn't a fake holding a trap, lol.
