I have a lv 103 humar/viridia character on pso for gcn,but I just found out all the good weapons are on other section IDs and I also was thinking about making a newman force.,should I?

Yes! But it's not starting over. You'll still want to get certain items for your force from your hunter, and the other way around, too.

Oh I have 12. One for every section ID and two for good luck.

Luck only affects your critical rate... Or were you speaking of luck like an extra b-day candle to grow on?
