PSO-GC: what stats do you need to get an ila

i need to know the formula for getting an ila i am an oran hunter if that means anything

Oran Hunters cannot get their mag to evolve into an Ila.

Oran is a Type B ID, so your final evolutions are going to be in the right column, Ila for hunters in only on the left.
