I need help for getting my future Dreamcast online.

ok, so, I'll be getting a Dreamcast, with a Standard PAL 33k Modem. however, I don't think I have access to Dial-up, as I use a Linksys Modem to get Broadband access. walk me through everything if possible. =p

Oh, you weren't talking about PSO mainly.
Well, if there WERE any ( you should research for the games that are still online) you should be able to connect to their servers normally through your Lnksys hub.

I would suggest forgoing the dial-up modem and springing for the broadband adapter. I hear they are tough to find though. They you can just plug it into your router.

You can TRY the walkthrough on that page. Never tried it myself. Basically what it'll be doing dialing into your PC, connecting, and then having the PC route network traffic between your DC and the Internet.
