PSO-PC: is it worth it?

is blue burst any better then pso? and if so how do i get it? do i have to pay for online or can i just play off line?

BB adds episode IV areas and missions, as well as gives the episode I and II areas and missions. You can get it from the official site. And I do believe you have to pay. I am unsure about offline, as I do not play BB.

Blue Burst is server based so it's online only alowing you to play with your charater on any pc that has BB installed.
