Yes, you can. Have them in your party, and S rank a mission. Then, you have about a 1/10 chance of getting one of the PA's.

Bump that down to 1/20, or 1/50... Hardest thing to get in the game besides kubara wood. I suggest taking three NPCs whos skills you want, and doing De Ragan until you get them.

The other mission on parum is faster. Hell, in order to S it, you need to beat it in under 1:50.

doesn't hyuga use splendor crush? I don't think you can get that. gravity strike, yes...but not splendor crush. I don't remember which move nav uses so I can't say anything here or there, but you can certainly get spiral dance from lou.

i think you can get 2 pa's from everyone except lou,and you dont get any from tylor or liina.
nav gives bogga danga and the second dual claw pa.


also i believe some of the pa's have level requirements before you can obtain them.

he uses splendor crush online...weird also tylor and linna you don't ever get their partner cards...so you can't take them along in extra anyway...

Yeah, I've managed to do it a couple of times by using a gun for the flying things and Renkai Boyou San (or whatever) for everything else.
It was very close, though.

The point is, it's easier to S rank the dragon mission. If you can somehow consistently S rank the first mission, then go ahead.

Renkai-buyo Zan does very well.

As a ranger, it is as easy as a rifle. I've beaten the mission in 1:32 as a ranger. As a hunter, my best is 1:41, but my average is about 1:46. You just have to make sure not to pick up stuff that drops. Oh, and the shagreeces, you need a pistol as a hunter. A force can Gidiga through the whole mission pretty quickly.
