Pal rappy...myth... or legend?

ive been trying to search for a pal rappy for long time now and havent found 1 yet... http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif any ideas?

Fake In Yellow quest.

Find a room with 7 or so Rappies in it (preferrably all lined up for easy viewing), and do the Telepipe Trick. It could take less than a minute, it could take an hour. Or, if you need EXP, just do the Fake In Yellow quest a few times, your bound to eventually find one, I find the TP Trick much easier though.

Now, if only I could get these darn critters to drop their rares. I've seen 8 or so with my Skyly character, no Angel Harp. And I just seen one with my Whitill character, no Red Partisan. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

ahhh that sux i was suppose to get the real agito so i could get orotiagito = now im seeing if i can find a love rappy and yes i use the tp trick but where in ep 2 can u find alot of rappies in same room?

I hunted Pal Rappies for about 6 hours(3 hours for 2 nights) in the Fake in Yellow quest to get a red scorpio. The first night I saw 4 of them, but they didn't drop anything. Yeah, I've seen a couple Love Rappys in Ult. temple. They look really cool. Once you see one you get addicted to trying to find rare enemies(well I do...)
Too bad the dumb Love Rappys didn't drop anything good.

I plan on searching for a love rappy myself just to see what it looks like. Wish it would drop something better than a fake agito though. Then I would hunt for more of them.

i sat almost 2 hours straight doing the pipe trick for love rappy and personally i dont think i can get love rappy thats the longest ive spent on that b4 except for pal rappy = mill lilly was easy to find for me tho

I just found my first two rare weapons today. First I piped for an Al Rappy in the Hard Fake in Yellow, found one after about 35 pipes (yes, I counted). It dropped a H&S25 Justice. I looked on here, saw I could get a Twin Psychogun from a Hard Love Rappy. It took approximately 45 (counted, but not very accurately) pipes and I found one and got my Psychoguns. The Justice had some percents, forgot which ones exactly but it had 10% and 20% on something, Psychoguns were 5/0/0/0. I'm hooked on rare hunting now.

The only rare monster i've ever seen was a Nar Lily and he drop a Dragon HP, that was on normal when i was just a wee lv15 RAcast (around there).

Yeah, Fake In Yellow is by far the easiest way to find a Pal Rappy. Once in a while I'll go on a few runs to find one, and it can take me between 5-60 minutes to find one, sometimes more, sometimes less.
Of the 5 or so I've found so far on Skyly, only ONE has dropped an Angel Harp, but I think it was well worth the trouble. My RAmarl was happy to accept it. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

After playing 3 different versions of PSO religiously for 2 years and an untold large number of hours, last week I finally saw ONE pal rappy. And i wouldn't have seen that one at all if I hadn't have been bored out of my mind and kept doing the telepipe trick in Fake in Yellow for almost an hour.

So yes, Pal Rappies, exist, and yes the telepipe trick works offline. And yes, my rappy did drop an item...a Bravace, still not sure yet if this is a decent find or not....

The 2nd time I've ever played PSO (I've only ever played the GC version) I encountered an Al Rappy in two player mode. It was pretty hilarious as neither of us could do more than 3 damage to it. Anyway, it killed me and my friend shot it from too far away so it ran off. We were disappointed but laughing all the same, as we had no idea what was going on in the game anyway! Oh, and some Goboomas spawned after it fled and my friend died.

As for Pal Rappies...Fake in Yellow Quest almost makes it too easy!

My first Pal Rappy...Err well it killed me because I was way too weak for Ultimate. *Cough* But um the second one left me my Red Partisan! So yes, rares in quests. Besides Episode 2, I only do the TP trick to find rare monsters in quests, as they have the most monsters. I NEVER saw a Pal Rappy in version2, but I had seen all the other rare enemies. Then came this version came and my despise of the pal rappy with it.
My first encounter with a rare rappy was my very first forest run, it put up a good fight to my little level 3 HUcaseal, but I got it and it dropped a Mind Material. (couldn't he at least dropped a mat I could use!?) I didn't meet up with another rare rappy untill Ult mode and my spotting of a pal in the first room of the Claiming a Stake quest, I killed and then about 4 bartles appear, and with me being around level 82, everytime I was hit by a bartle I fell and the little pal scurried off while I layed and the ground watching.
And thus I began my attempts to get an Angel Harp from the Fake in the Yellow Quest. I tried three consecutive days. Each time a Pal Rappy appeared and each time he dropped a healthy amount of 1376 meseta. After the third try of about two hours I lost it and leveled my FOmarl up and left my HUcaseal to rest.
While doing the quest Forest of Sorrows in ult my FOmarl spotted a Hildetorr and it dropped a Raygun+2! So needless to say, my theory of rares hating me was making more sense to me each day. Then in Gran Squall, Bernie and I come across our good friend the Pal Rappy! I take the little guy down and just cast rabarta non stop and I FINALLY get a rare from the damned thing, a Hero/Ability. With me I only get rares when I'm not trying to find rare enemies. I don't even wanna get into the Mil Lilly in Ult temple...

I take it the higher the level of difficulty (Hard, Vhard) the more likely chance to see a rare enemy?

Also I found my first Al Rappy on my very fist Forest run....dropped a mind mat...bleh.. I'm a HUmar...

I also got a Photon Drop from the second box I took out... I damn near had a heart attack... a red box from my second crate ever...

You know what makes me mad? The only Pal Rappy I've ever seen was in multiplayer offline CHALLENGE MODE. Challenge 1, even! I was playing Cmode with some friends, and one showed up in F1! Even worse, it didn't even drop anything... *Mumbles*

I've seen, like three of them online v.hard forest 1! I've only played for like, 20 hours! They're not rare
