Burning Ripper?

I recently checked the rare item database and found "Burning Ripper" on it. Burning Ripper is not a rare. It's just a standard weapon with a fourth level elemental special attack. Many people have found fourth level elemental weapons. Why is this on the database?

There are a couple of those... and also in the armor section, some of the higher normal shields and armors are listed.

I believe the reason they are listed is that some regular type weapons (usually yellow) sometimes have the yellow rare nametag ingame, I have a Kings Gungnir that has a yellow name like that.
