Is this the same "big sale" you have been pawning to us with items priced at 95% NPC?

It is, I went and checked again. I am not sure why people do this. Selling items in their shops for the same if not more than NPC. In the end, it is not worth even searching Players Shops for items. More than half the time the items is either all 9s or cost the same as NPC. The best ones of course are the all 9s.
