Love Rappies can replace any Rappy in the Temple.

That's true but I think there was a guide made that explained where it happens more frequently,sadly I don't have it,or I'd share it,I'll see if I can find it and get back to you either way.

Your best bet would be on the layout where you get two in the second room, that's where I usually pipe mine, but there is also a room in a certain layout of Temple Beta where three appear in easy sight, there is good too.

They don't happen in any area more frequently, they are a rare enemy just like Al or Pal rappys in Ep. 1. Your best bet to finding a Love Rappy is just to find a room with many Rappys in it, and start piping. Although I have found 5 Love Rappys just doing temple runs.
