Luck Stat

My lvl 90 RAcast has 20 Luck Points...

I'm wondering how often does luck grow and do i have to use luck mats to max out?

It never grows as you level up. Only way to increase it is either by using armor units or luck material. 100 is the max. (45 luck materials to max)

I remember, when I was on DC V2, I was level 9 and then leveled to 10 and as I watched my stats it said "LCK +1" and that was the only time it happened. It went from 9 to 10. Is this a mistake? Or a rare occurence. I remember this distictly because it struck me as odd when I realized myluck was so damned low an never went up with level other than that one time.

Your Luck went from 9 to 10? It starts at 10. I would say you looked at it wrong. Luck does not increase as you level EVER.

Yeap,
My Luck is now finally 100 and that's because I refused to eat any materials until my Luck maxed out.
