Cancel subscription message? what am I supposed to do?

My subscription ended for this month and gave me this message.


Notifications:
13 Sep 2007 17:06 PDT: We attempted to charge you this month, but your card was declined and your subscription has been put ON HOLD. In order to continue your account, you must cancel your current account using the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button and then purchase a new subscription


What am I supposed to do now? so are my characters ok?


Its says its on HOLD, its all I have to do press the cancel subscription button and get I will be able to get my old account back?

Yes, you can get your chars. back. Just cancel your sub now, you can can renew it once it's not on hold anymore.

He may have to cancel them for a moment, but to get them back you'll probably have to pay off the balance if any. The card may have had insuffecent funds or may be expired now....just call them up and find out.
