Whitill isn't all that good for canes at all, really. Better for guns, if I remember rightly.

This theory was proven false long ago actually. Pinkal does not increase the drop-rate of tech disks.
And honestly I would recommend Yellowboze for a force. It would help you find more than JUST wands/rods/canes, and Yellowboze can obtain EVERY enemy part. Not to mention it has an increased meseta drop-rate.

As I understand it, Pinkal finds technique disks more often than other ID's, just as Yellowboze finds more Meseta. By this Pinkal would be good for finding high level tech disks because it finds them more often and thus has more chances to find a higher level one.
