Unlearning PA's

basiclly my question is... is there any way to unlearn a pa's skill you learned if you either learned it by mistake or that it's not the one you intended to learn in the first place

No. Not yet at least. Once you reach the PA Max limit, you can delete them. Until then, it will simply rot in your menus.

In the Expansion you will be able to "unlearn" a PA but that's still in the future.
