43? You should be able to handle DF without a problem.

A skilled lv38ish can handle Hard DF. I beat her first at lv.41

around 40 should be good, vets can take between 32 and 35. Some who are REALLY good can do it even earlier.

Thanx everyone, its just that I havent tryed battling against hard DF yet because the enemys are to strong in the ruins , mostly the del sabers, and I keep getting knocked over with every hit

Before you fight Dark Falz, get some health boosting items such as Dragon/HP or even General/HP because if the enemies are knocking you over you probably don't have enough HP to survive the third form of DF.

I agree with concussionman,You need some Hp and PROBABLY defense as well, don't forget that Falz can be damaged while he's 'INVINCIBLE' with special elements like fire, drain, etc. But for the 3rd phase use mostly fire, that'll really grill his deformed cells XD

Dark Falz most dangerous thing is his slice, if you can't survive that with even extra units equipped on either defense of HP...It's time to go level up.

The slice doesn't do as much damage as the Grantz, if you can't survive the slice you will have trouble, what with all the dying you will be doing. But its pretty much trial by error, if you die from one hit, you don't have enough health, thus go level up more.

RAcaseal does lack a high amount of ATP. The fact that you cannot use support techs lowers your DPS (damage per second) against enemies, therefore, you must result in using your traps.

If ruins somewhat difficult at your level, then Confuse traps are your BEST ally. The Freeze traps are nice for a big enemy or if you're out of confuse traps... but Confuse traps will take the enemies high ATP (compared to yours) and thrash about eachother LONGER than your freeze trap would hold them and having only ONE target striking them (the one target being you)

My suggestion?
-Shotgun's are always nice for pushing back groups
-HP Steal ranged weapons on a cast is a MUST! Especially seeing you're a Ranger and have access to various high-tech ranged weaponry.
-Use your traps like they're going out of style
-HP units (as previously suggested)
-Do a lot of running and shooting. Don't try to be a hero >_> Hit and run is a Ranger's speciality. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

Here's the stastics for Dark Falz: (stats on left are Online, to the right is Offline)
Phase 1:
HP: 8500/5000
DFP: 230
EVP: 170
EFR: 70
EIC: 100
ETH: 30
ELT: 50

Phase 2:
HP: 9000/6000
DFP: 230
EVP: 170
EFR: 100
EIC: 30
ETH: 90/70
ELT: 30/60

Phase 3:
HP: 8000/4000
DFP: 230
EVP: 170
EFR: 50
EIC: 100
ETH: 80
ELT: 70
EXP given: 8000/6000

I highly recommend having atleast 350 HP, if not 400.

EDIT: Those are the Dark Falz statistics on Hard mode of course >_>

I always shoot at the enemys until they are getting to close then run away, until they go back then shoot them again
I try to increase my Atp as much as possible on my sato mag, to make upp for my low atp
