Where is the gamepatch file?

My connection is not good, I remember when I last download the patch I had a lot problem..
but now, I have to reinstall my PC, I don't know if I need to donwload all again, or can I just copy any file before the reinstall and paste it after?
where is htat file located?

i tried copying and pasting. that didnt work. now i just rely off loading it off of my external hard drive, thus load it off any PC i want

Its in the Gameguard folder. lol
If you cant find it, just use the search function and youll find it

About the problem, it might be your firewall having a problem with one of the files from the patch. You can go into your firewall settings and see if it has on-demand exlusions and extentions. You would want to find the gameguard files and put it on the exlude list (It wont be scanned). Now, there's not a real virus in it, but some strong protections detect the program as a virus.
