Will I need a separate modem in order to be able to use this?

If so, I'm screwed http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif

I'm not sure what you are asking. What do you mean by "separate" modem?

Basically in a cable/dsl setup you have a modem (which sometimes has wireless capabilities built-in) and then if you need more than one machine online at a time, you also have a router (which generally also has wireless capabilities.) The cable (coax cable) or dsl (phone line) connects to the modem and an IP address is assigned, then the router is connected to the modem and is also assigend an IP address. Then, each device you want to bring online connects to the router and is assinged a LAN or WLAN IP from the router. It would probably help if you explained what it is you are wanting to do with the router you linked to.

Basic answer: No, you don't need another modem. The router is what connects all of your devices to the modem so that they can all share the same connection. So your devices will connect to the router, and the router will be plugged into the modem.

Unless for some reason you're on 56k, in which case that router would be useless.

Well see, my old router (which is also my modem) Is on the verge of dying, so I ordered that hoping it'd be an easy fix.

Looks like I'll be spending more money I don't have http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif
