So in case of Masei-sou, are all the stats so horrible that it's not even worth firing once to pin down a mob so you can move into melee?

If Masei-sou had range it would be awesome. The delay on it makes sense because otherwise you'll be damn near untouchable. The delay isn't the problem it's the horrible, horrible range with a side of bad ATA mod. Less range than lv.10 or under normal element bullets .You almost have to be in the enemies face which kind of defeats the point of having a sniping knockdown hit.

The Stun SE3 could make up for it but I only have it lv.11+ atm so I can't judge that yet.
Edit: Oh wow, just checked it on jp psu wiki and it doesn't go pass SE2 at lv.21+. Meh...might delete this one.

Gah, that sounds wretched...

Well that's nice that the alternative weapon for rifle doesn't get at least one nifty PA (Killer Shot is more that nifty I feel). Silly Sega...
