Cloth Set missing in AotI?

I was wondering, the Miyabikata cloth set for Male, is it missing in the offline mode of Ambition of the Illuminus?
I have done Episode 2 Act 1-2.
After that, I went to Neudaiz checked the clothes shop and it did not have the set in, checked Parum, nothing, Clyez City doesn't have it either...
Am I doing something wrong?

I believe clothing is unlocked per chapter, like weaponry. You start off with the basic things, and more is unlocked as you go.

Thanks, I'll play through some more chapters, I find it boring having to do all those online story missions all over again. *Sigh*
