Has anyone here at PSOW found HEAVEN PUNISHER...?

Kind of a foolish question, but I was wondering who was lucky enough to aquire one...and how long it was/how long it took them.

I found one a few years ago. 25 hit on it, which is wasted since the special doesn't miss as far as I know anyway.

I barely even used it.

I found one I'd say about year and half to 2 years ago.

Was a fun weapon, but not really helpful.
