Alright.. in the nex X-Men Ultimate novel.. Bishop, Cable and his Team come from the future..

Cable and his team, Grizzly, Hammer, and 2 others fight the X-Men..
Durring which battle.. Grizzly.. a big guy that turns into a grizzly bear is fighting iceman. During which battle he says.. "So i'm fighting Iceman. a great legend??? ha!!" or something to that nature..

later bishop says this to bobby drake..(iceman)

"With minimal effort you are taking moisture out of the air and slowing water molecules down to make them cold. What else can you slow down?"

Bobby pays no mind to Bishop.. as he and rouge are heavily into some game on the 360...

Frikin X-Box with your stupid lime green lights, and your Online community, and your Geometry Wars..

Anywho.. Throughout the entire X_Men unlimited series they've been speculating about what the true possibilities of Icemans powers could be.

I think Bishop means to tell bobby that he could slow down time if he trained his powers or what not.. But i don't know.

Does anyone else read the Ultimate X-men series, and if so.. input..

Iceman is an Omega-class mutant. Thought to be one of the twelve most powerful on earth.

What ever happened to Pyro? (The flame mutant from the X-Men movies)

A friend was talking to me about this. Iceman's powers allow him to create ice at a molecular level. This means, if trained right, he could slow down other molecules to create other solids (no useful/good examples come to mind).

If he could find a way to accelerate molecules/particles, he could turn things into gas or even plasma.

I stopped reading ultimate X-men a while ago. After Beast dyed I noticed the quality of the book go considerably downhill.

I thought the normal cannonality of X-men was 616?

A shame Iceman doesn't get his due in the vidjya games. His Ultimate Alliance voice actor is the cheesiest!

Also his MvC moveset is lacking (moves he even used to have in one of the first Marvel fighting games).

Yeah, I knew he's alive, I'm just saying when he "died" I thought both the writing and the art got crappier over time until eventually I just didn't want to pick it up anymore.

Almost all the things that that we are talking about have happened early 90's-late 90's. If you don't know by now you never would have.

actually all these events are happening as of right now. The Ultimate series is being written as of now..

So it is possible to spoil it for some people..

Also I'm pretty sure Beast is dead and Pyro is alive.. I've read all Novels up untill this point.. Unless I am proven wrong.. in such case then.. I apologize..

Also, I agree that the quality of the writtings since the death of beast has gone down ..considerably...

Pyro has been dead since the Legacy Virus (2001). That was 616 that I was talking about.
