AotI: neeed help from importers! (GG help)

Kairi li seems to be having trouble with her gamegaurd, her folder doent appear in the AOI folder and the game isnt starting for her.

Can anyone please shed some light on this situation and help her start playing?

I got this problem once, in the end I just reinstalled AoI and it worked.

Have them manually copy the folder in there from someone else?

Tell her to disable any firewall software she maybe running. It sounds like something is preventing the Game Guard software from connecting to the server.

this is actually the problem i'm having with the normal version. i've tried everything from disabling firewall, to dcing my router and plugging the net directly to my pc, to reformatting. nothing.
