Need advice with my pm

My pm is lv12/14 can't recall i want to have high strike but i ended up giving him 2 levels in tech will that really hurt me in the end or will I be ok i'm trying not to start him from lv0 again unless I have to.

Lv12 is nothing, you should restart it.

I agree with hrith. Unless you want a 420 series, all the other PMs can be 'pure'

At that low of a PM level I would suggest restarting back at 0. I have a Lv. 100 pure striking PM; took me a long time to get it but she is well worth it.
