GC: Star Amplifier and...

Ok, I found my Star Amplifier off from a Pal Rappy.

I was looking for a Spirit Garment, in order to obtain the Brightness Circle, but its stats are not far from my current armor, a Guard Wave.

Then I thought I could use the Star to obtain a Twinkle Star but...

1st: on the PSOW guide it's reported I have to use Cane, Stick, Mace or Club, fully girnded. Are there diffences in the final result, depending on the weapon I will use as base?

2nd: in the PSOW item db it's reported that Twinkle's special attack is "Tempest (100+Tech Level)". WTF is 100 + Tech Level?

Yeah, those things are pretty annoyingly put.

Here goes though...

Twinkle Star actually requires a Wand-type (Wand, Baton, etc.) The Summit Moon is the one that needs a cane. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

It's special attack is Tempest... just like any other weapon with Tempest. It is just the highest of the lightning elements. Dunno wtf the 100 + Tech level and all that garbage is.
