Which is more responsible for a change (refering to technology) -- money (economics), or morals (social responsibility)?

Economics without a doubt.

War is the most responsible for change and since War is often caused by economics....I say economics.

Anything and everything is driven by sex and money. There are no exceptions.

People are often more attached to their wallets than their ethics...

Good... I knew that money was more responsible... I'm trying to solve this to my friend.

War is fought by people with money and in doing so create new technology to prove they have a bigger dick and eventually that technology is put into wide spread common use which then changes morals which then also changes what people use as an excuse to go to war.

I'd personally say ethics, but the world runs on economics. Ethics hold no ground in 'the real world'.
