Fuck Yeah! To anyone who played the original Bionic Commando 20 years ago on the NES, this is awesome news. It's being developed for the 360 and PS3.

Heres (http://news.teamxbox.com/xbox/14814/Capcom-Announces-Return-of-Bionic-Commando/) the TeamXbox article, and here (http://www.bioniccommando.com ) is the official site. =]

Though I must confess, this would be alot more interesting as a Wii game, since you use your grapple arm to do most of the manuevering in the areas(on the NES, you could'nt jump, only your bionic arm got you up and over everything). But I digress, I'm really looking forward to this game. I'm about the blow a load really. =D

Indeed, Bionic Commando was really a fun game. The gameplay made the replay value shoot through the roof. This is, indeed, good news.

HELLSFU CKING YEAH! I must have played this game to death as a kid and the tower music was always so exciting. This game proved just how overrated a jump button is. Anybody submit any questions for the podcast?

I asked if there is any chance they'd release the NES version for Xbox live or something to coincide with the release date.

Edit: Oh yeah heres a trailer!

Mike Patton, lead singer from Faith No More(did the voice as the Darkness in..The Darkness on 360) is doing the voice of Nathan Spencer(lead character). Makes me giddy I tell you!

Cool news.

The NES game was fun and hard as hell, and this one looks to have atmosphere to spare. I'm iffy on it as I'm a bit skeptical on the actual gameplay, and the bionic arm they came up with is ugly as fuck (steam powered?). I agree though, that Mike Patton onboard is a major selling point. My buy verdict is suspended until a demo becomes available, fingers crossed.
