Well, it deals dmg back to you based on how much you do... so I think it just depends on how strong you are. If you're strong, you'll do more to yourself, etc.

I don't have it myself but I saw a picture of someone using it at level 30 and it did about 1000 damage per target on De Ragan. I didn't bother to look at HP though, sorry about that.

Capped fortegunner with buff maybe 4 shots and your dead if you get no criticals. Since it is 15% damage back to you those criticals really hurt. At lvl 26 and using the weak 8* kubara grenade body hits were doing 600~700 unbuffed. So 1.2k per hit is not too out of the question with buffs. I don't even want to think about how much damage lvl 40 400% will return to you.

Hmm... all of a sudden those 250 ATP Gur Bazgac's are starting to sound good. Save on mates AND photon charges.
