Question about SPS and Huge Cutter for 1UP

I'm not exactly sure which rank these can be found on, so I was wondering if someone has already found the SPS unit or a [B] Huge Cutter from the Parum mission.

It seems ridiculous to even kill everything on the EX mission for A rank, so I hope they aren't in the last boxes.

So does anyone here know if you can obtain the SPS unit or [B] Huge Cutter on B or C rank instead?

I believe it's on the A-rank, about 99% sure of this, and it's not too hard to kill everything
