Weird Chip glitch in 1UP

Basically as we came to the first one in invisible road, we picked it up. And then the messege showed two more times and we had 3 of 3 on the first one. Thing is its a glitch because when we picked up the remaining 2 it didnt add to count so its not supposed to happen i guess?

pic, as you can see were at the first one before the gate is even opened to the next area..

probably similar to the hsm sample glitch. if its that simple, then people will be exploiting it a lot.

Um, if it's a glitch, it probably won't be happening very often. So its not like it'll be overly exploited.

Maybe if u get multiple members to go to the chip and mash the button to pick it up?
