best card bullet

Which card bullet is the best out of the ones that don't need to be bought with pa frags I'll be able to use them soon and want to focus on one which one do you think is the best?

GROUND or ICE.

Ground is an all around good damager but silence 2 sucks.
ICE can do extra damage to all fliers and has a small chance for freeze 2 - any freeze is good freeze.

BURN, SHOCK and INFECT arent good. Status 2, slow lock on flight, and lack of fire rate makes BURN and INFECT not good. There are better guns and TECH that can quickly apply status.

CONFUSE is good for TECHERS with a lot of TECH. You can use light kikami to shore up LIGHT offense and you still have all those other TECH to cover all element threats.
