PSU-XBox 360: parum lag

please tell me there is a solution to this cuz i cant do any parum without laggin out motoob no problem but parum here is de ragnus oh and there goes mini why why oh and i have never lagged out before and i have fios 31211kbps down and 4592kbps up so any suggestions
