The "top19.gif" header doesn't seem to display properly with the site themes; Grey-red, Grey-blue and Seagreen.

Im not sure if there is supposed to be that big black box on the upper right next to the header.
It displays incorrectly on, IE7, IE5, Firefox and Opera.
I tried multiple other headers on those site themes and they all seemed to work fine except for "top 19".
