You find enemy parts from the specific enemy that the part is from.

Booma, Gobooma, Gigobooma arms are found after you kill the corrosponding monster, S-beat's Arms are found from killing an S-beat, etc.

Is it possible to find enemy parts in the VR levels in episode 2?

From my experience, I have no idea =^_^= I hate VR Temple because it gets soo disorienting on my screen and spaceship is annoying because of the Ganaz and the Delsaber. BTW, equal chance? I think it depends on your ID and the mode because I can find just about every part in the forest except hildebear or hildeblue heads and well, I found squat in the other areas. I know a friend who's find stuff in mines and ruins but nothing in forest.
