Mag cell

Can mag cell be drop by rare enemys on offline?I've notice that in all my 130 hours of play I have not found one.

nope im 99.99% positive that only the santa rappys drop the cells online only. the next quest will be another chance to get other cells. at least i belive there will be mag cells in the easter quest hope its new ones weve never seen too

Yea you can't find a mag cell offline.100% sure.
