Question about the AL Rappy Trick...

So I've heard that you can use that trick to get Al Rappies. Can anyone tell me exactly how to do the trick? As I hear it you're supposed to go to the Fake in Yellow quest, find a room with a lot of Rag Rappies, drop a Ryuker and teleport back to the Pioneer 2, then return, and supposedly you'll find Al Rappies if you do it enough. Is this correct? I tried doing it for about 45 mins on hard and didn't find any, so I want to make sure I'm doing it right. Actually, the following link does a better job of describing the TP trick. But I still suggest not using the TP trick on Fake in Yellow.

why not, i've found 7 pal rappies that way so far, bloody bastard never drop the agito for me but hey...
