Cannot order a GL

hey, i'm trying to get back into PSU, but for the 360 this time. after it says my GL is expired and i try to buy a new one, i get an error message saying:
Cannot authorize the selected payment option. Please select a different payment option or add a new one.
i had this problem while trying to buy xbox live gold membership and i had to buy a redeem card in order for it to work. so if anyone could help out or suggest anything, its all appreciated.

well sounds like your credit card has gone bad to Microsoft, so try re-typing the credit card info, and if that doesnt work then call Xbox Live's customer service, they should help you out.

thanks but i figured it out, it was something real stupid, but now i can't connect to the psu servers... its my first time logging into the 360 version so i keep getting the interrupt request error thing
