Seeing these finally come in AoI, I have a question to whoever played on the JP servers: Do you have to rely on drops to get the bases and/or boards, or can you buy them in NPC? I hope it's the latter: It's annoyingly rare to find the mats/board for a chance at S Ranks, I don't want to have to rely on MORE luck to grind them, but knowing Sonic Team... it's likely you have to find them. I still would like to know before I fully assume one way or another.
